As a rule, the booking runs from Saturday (arrival between 15.00 and 17.30) to Saturday (departure before 10.30 at the latest). For bookings on a different basis (not from Saturday to Saturday), please consult us by sending an e-mail (see page "Contact").

Booking conditions

Your booking will become effective only after payment of a deposit representing one third of the rental fee. The balance is due at least 4 weeks before the beginning of the booked period. If this is not the case, the reservation will be cancelled automatically and the deposit will remain the owner's property.

In case you cancel your booking at least 4 weeks before the start of the booked period, the amount of the deposit will be refunded.

In case you cancel your reservation within the 4 weeks before the start of the booked period, you will get back the rental fee (except the deposit) only if we can re-let the property for the same period. On top of the rental fee, there are also:
- a deposit of 400 €, acting as a guarantee, refundable after the stay.
- the price of a compulsory final cleaning (60 €), refundable in case of cancellation.
- the price of the hiring of bed linen, if necessary. Ask for it in advance please.

Sorry but pets are not allowed.

Smoking inside is strictly forbidden (for obvious safety reasons).
